By accessing or using the CI Seed Map platform ("Service") operated by Loyal9 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Service. By clicking the age verification confirmation, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. Providing false age verification constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the age verification gate and accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
3. Proprietary Data & Intellectual Property
All data, content, images, logos, and compilations displayed on the Service are the exclusive property of Loyal9 LLC or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:
- The curated database of cannabis seed sellers, breeders, and dispensaries
- Audit notes, editorial descriptions, and research content
- Geographic data, coordinates, and mapping configurations
- Brand logos and visual assets used under license or fair use
This data represents significant proprietary research and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any data obtained from the Service
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, including time-limited access controls, rate limiting, or session management
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service's API or data delivery mechanisms
- Share session identifiers or access tokens with third parties
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Time-Limited Access
Access to certain data within the Service is provided on a time-limited basis per session. This is a deliberate security measure to protect our proprietary data. Session duration is determined at our sole discretion and may change without notice. Expiration of a session does not constitute a defect in the Service.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
